The sinister adventure from Steam is finally coming to mobile
- Horror fishing adventure where you explore numerous remote islands
- Upgrade your boat, venture into deeper waters, and uncover hidden mysteries
- Releasing on Android and iOS on December 18th
Last year, Black Salt Games released Dredge on Steam, captivating players on the platform. The eerie fishing adventure is finally expanding to more platforms, bringing iOS, Android, and Mac into the mix. In a couple of months, you’ll finally be able to enjoy this mix of exploration and subtle horror from the palm of your hands.
In Dredge, you take the helm of a fishing trawler, navigating through remote islands in search of fish, collectibles, and hidden stories. Complete quests and sell what you find in exchange for knowledge about the region’s past. Your journey begins in The Marrows, and you will progressively explore distinctive islands, each offering curious inhabitants, rare marine life, and secrets waiting to be uncovered.
But there’s a catch - while the days are calm, the nights are far from safe. As darkness falls, you’ll encounter more than just fish, and the fog conceals dangers far worse than sharp rocks. Exploration will involve much more than just catching fish as upgrading your boat with specialised equipment will take you to deeper waters and more distant islands.
Each upgrade allows you to reach new species, and the deeper you go, the stranger your discoveries become. But your quest isn’t purely for profit. There are secrets buried in these waters, and someone is counting on you to dig up the past. But can they be trusted? With more mysteries than fish at sea, every step you take warrants caution.
