Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been one of the biggest flops of the year, contributing to a $200 million impact and a 41 percent decline in revenue for Warner Bros. Discovery. The player base has cratered since Season 1, and layoffs have reportedly occurred at the studio. Nevertheless, Deathstroke is finally joining the roster in Season 4, which starts December 10th.
Though Rocksteady has yet to reveal details, leaks indicate that Batman will seemingly rejoin the roster. It wouldn’t be too surprising – past seasons have seen the Squad rescuing The Flash and Green Lantern. However, the fifth season is allegedly the final one for the looter shooter and will apparently see the returning Justice League taking on Brainiac alongside ARGUS.
WB Games hasn’t commented on this, simply assuring the title would receive all the content from its current roadmap. Stay tuned for more details on Season 4 and Deathstroke’s involvement.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Check out our review for the base game here.
