TL;DR - Best Switch Black Friday Deals

Switch Black Friday Game Deals Already Live

Phase two of Nintendo’s Black Friday sale officially starts on November 24, but the deals are already rolling in. Best Buy has kicked things off with some great discounts, and Amazon has joined the fray with even more offers. Here are some standout Switch deals to grab before the weekend rush.

If you want to shop now, there are already some great offers. Some of the best include The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom for $44.99, Balatro for $19.99, Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble for $19.99, Sonic x Shadow Generations for $37.49, and plenty more as well.

These discounts are just the beginning. But, starting this weekend even more deals will drop at major retailers like Target, Walmart, and Amazon. See below for everything incoming over the next few days.

Preview: New Switch Deals Start Nov. 24-25

Starting from November 24, major retailers like Best Buy, GameStop, Target, and Walmart will feature discounts on several Nintendo Switch games. Highlights include $40 off The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (deal live Nov. 25) and other titles reduced to at least $29.99.

Nintendo has also unveiled this year’s Black Friday bundles, including a new offer for the Switch OLED. Each bundle packs incredible value, featuring Mario Kart 8 Deluxe—arguably one of the best racing games ever—and a Nintendo Switch Online membership with access to classic NES, SNES, and Game Boy titles, online multiplayer, and cloud saves.

Target has confirmed it will offer $75 off these bundles starting November 24. It’s also worth noting that Black Friday discounts will likely extend beyond Nintendo's official announcements, so expect even more surprises.

Should You Sign Up for Walmart+ Before Nov. 25?

Walmart+ 12-Month Membership

Walmart+ 12-Month Membership

One of the standout deals in Walmart’s first wave of Black Friday offers is a 50% discount on a 12-month Walmart+ membership. Usually priced at $98, it's now available for $49. The membership includes several perks, starting with 5-hour early access to Walmart's next round of Black Friday deals, which begins at noon ET on Monday, November 25, and notably includes that Tears of the Kingdom deal for $29.99.

It’s not worth signing up for Walmart+ just to snag that single deal—you’d likely be better off purchasing the game at its regular price. Instead, consider whether early access to Walmart’s upcoming deals or the other benefits of a 12-month membership make sense for you. Take some time to weigh the value of the subscription against your shopping habits to decide if it’s the right choice.

Nintendo Switch Accessory Black Friday Deals

The Nintendo Switch and Switch OLED come with 32GB and 64GB of internal storage, respectively, a portion of which is reserved for the operating system. To put those numbers into perspective, Tears of the Kingdom takes up 16GB, and Breath of the Wild requires about 13.5GB.

If purchased digitally, just these two games would nearly max out the original Switch's internal storage. A high-capacity memory card isn’t just a nice-to-have accessory—it’s practically essential.

Fortunately, Black Friday deals make upgrading your storage more affordable. You can pick up a 1TB microSD card for $57.99 or a 512GB card for just $32.99, giving you plenty of room for all your games, DLC, and updates. And, for all your portable needs, consider the best power bank on the market; down to $77.99 in the Black Friday sales, it's lowest price ever.
