Gangs Of Sherwood Release Date Set For October 19 On PS5, Check Out The New Gameplay Footage

Gangs of Sherwood, the co-op adventure game from NACON and Appeal Studios, will launch on October 19, 2023 for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.

If you haven’t been following the game, Gangs of Sherwood takes place in a reimagined world based on the legend of Robin Hood. Here, the Sheriff of Nottingham has harnessed the powers of the Philosopher’s Stone to swell his armies and oppress the people of England like never before.

Players will take on the role of one of four playable characters, including Robin himself, Maid Marian, Friar Tuck, and Little John, each possessing unique fighting styles and fully customisable appearances. Your task? Folk the Sheriff’s plans by taking the fight from Sherwood Forest to the flying fortress of Nottingham, battling swarms of enemies in a science-fantasy version of this iconic tale.
