It's a shame it's not on the classic Destinations tab.

Kepler has been hidden from the Vanguard in Destiny 2‘s The Edge of Fate, and its location may also elude players. New and veteran guardians alike can struggle to find this new destination after leaving, since Bungie placed it in an unusual spot.
Getting to Kepler the first time isn’t that difficult thanks to a mysterious invitation. If you go to the Tower or decide to run a Solo Ops mission while you wait for your fireteam, however, you may have trouble getting back, given Kepler is not in the Destinations tab. Here’s where you can find it.
Where to find Kepler in Destiny 2
It doesn’t look clickable, even though it is. Screenshot by DestructoidWhile the game will put you in Kepler throughout your journey in Edge of Fate, you can access this destination through the Portal menu. Click on the green planetoid to the left of the “Latest Expansion” notice to load into the destination. Alternatively, if you have any open quests in Kepler, you can also use the Launch button from the quest menu when applicable.
Loading into Kepler from the Portal works just the same as it would for any other location. You can select some of its multiple landing zones, find quests, and even change the world tier from this tab.
The Edge of Fate brings a major downgrade to the classic Destinations tab. That section of the menu does not include Kepler, and the locations that still remain look extremely desaturated. Destiny 2 players have been used to the famous menu, which grew and changed as expansions and seasons went by.
The last time this screen was this depressing was after sunsetting. Screenshot by DestructoidIncluding Kepler might have been slightly troublesome due to the map’s scale, since the planetoid is at the edge of our solar system. Still, Bungie completely left it out and pushed it to the Portal node, one of the studio’s selling points in The Edge of Fate. That, paired with the anemic screen, may not bode well for this once-vivid menu, and accessing new content through the Portal might become the standard going forward.
