Island Visitors are a familiar sight in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. As soon as you repair your first Visitor Cabin, you’ll be inundated with new characters who want to visit as long as you meet their very specific requirements. 

Included in the pool of potential visitors are various family members. Brothers, sisters, parents, and grandparents of the more familiar Sanrio characters who call Friendship Island home. These family visitors are less common than most others, but they don’t come with the most difficult requirements to fulfil. 

Pompompurin’s parents are one such pair of related visitors. If you want to know when they’ll be available to visit or how to get them, keep reading. 

Pompompurin’s parents’ visit schedule for 2025

All visitors in Island Adventure adhere to the same fixed schedule, and Pompompurin’s parents have a fixed schedule that sees them as possible visitors for four days every four weeks. Their visit always comes exactly one week after My Melody’s grandparents. 

Here’s when you can expect these two golden retrievers to pay a visit in 2025:

• February 20 – February 24
• March 20 – March 24
• April 17 – April 21
• May 15 – May 19
• June 12 – June 16
• July 10 – July 14
• August 7 – August 11
• September 4 – September 8
• October 2 – October 6
• October 30 – November 3
• November 27 – December 1
• December 25 – December 29

How to get Pompompurin’s Mama to visit in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

Pompompurin’s Mama is a loving lady who you’ll need to unlock as a 5-star resident if you want to unlock the “The Case of the Missing Pudding” quest. She’s also useful to have around, as she will reward you with Mama’s Pudding each time you talk to her, which just so happens to be Pompompurin’s 3-heart gift. 

Here’s how you’ll need to kit out a Cabin if you want Pompompurin’s Mama to visit:

• Must be on Gemstone Mountain to be close to Pompompurin
• Must have five pieces of furniture with the tag “Home Essentials”
• Must have at least one Mama’s Pudding

Once you’ve lured her in, Pompompurin’s Mama will have five Daily Quests for you to complete before she becomes a 5-star permanent resident:

As with Pompompurin’s Mama, you’ll need to unlock Pompompurin’s Papa as a 5-star permanent resident if you want to unlock the “The Case of the Missing Pudding” quest. The reward for talking to Pompompurin’s Papa during his visits, Pudding, is useful for befriending Pompompurin himself, as it’s one of his 2-heart gifts. 

Here’s how to decorate a Cabin to attract Pompompurin’s Papa to Friendship Island:

• Must be on Gemstone Mountain to be close to Pompompurin
• Must have three pieces of furniture with the tag “Antique”
• Must have at least one Magma Pudding
• Must have at least one Pumpkin Pudding
• Must have at least one Purple Pudding

To unlock Pompompurin’s Papa as a 5-star permanent resident, you’ll need to complete all of the following quests:
