Star Rail in a highly anticipated team-up
  • The Stars Derailed update kicks off on November 28th
  • Thousand-Faced Maestro: Cameo joins in
  • Discover the "Wails Stifled by the Silent Shadow" main narrative

We've only got a few more days until Honkai Impact 3rd’s Version 7.9 update launches, adding a new narrative to discover within the popular RPG. In particular, the Stars Derailed update kicks off on November 28th, which will finally give us the chance to witness the epic crossover between Honkai Impact 3rd and Honkai: Star Rail.

HoYoverse is no stranger to big IPs, and the aptly titled update will have you teaming up with Sparkle’s battlesuit, Thousand-Faced Maestro: Cameo. Captains can participate in the Ten Shus War finals too, all while donning crossover outfits and other collab goodies.

Mash-ups between franchises within the same studio aren't really all that rare - most recently evidenced by the Diablo Immortal x World of Warcraft collab - but it's still intriguing nonetheless. In this case, the new matrix map will meld the two worlds together, along with the "Wails Stifled by the Silent Shadow" main narrative. Additionally, you can also grab Weapon Direct Level-Up Coupon, Supply Cards, Rank-Up Stamps, and Source Prisms among other goodies via the top-up bonus event for a limited time.
