Holo Indie revealed HoloRun, a new platformer party game by Pixfox featuring Hololive Vtubers as playable characters. It will release the indie game on PC via Steam on February 19, 2025. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

HoloRun will mostly have a focus on its multiplayer mode, which has various game types with rules varying from co-op to PvP. However, it will also have a single-player vertical climb mode where players will require precision and timing to successfully climb the heights.

A screenshot on the game’s Steam page has indicated that its launch roster will consist of ten Vtubers with a focus on the third Japanese generation group “Hololive Fantasy” and the first English group “Myth.”

The former will consist of Usada Pekora, Houshou Marine, Shiranui Flare, and Shirogane Noel, but it will not include Uruha Rushia, who was dishonorably discharged in February 2022. Meanwhile, the latter will feature Gawr Gura, Ninomae Ina’nis, Takanashi Kiara, and Mori Calliope while still including Amelia Watson, who concluded her streaming activities in September 2024 and has since become an affiliate. HoloRun will be available in not only English and Japanese but also Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Indonesian. The game’s launch roster does not have any Vtubers from Hololive Indonesia yet despite the availability of the latter language. However, Pixfox has promised that the team will gradually add more Vtubers to the roster after release.

Holo Indie will release HoloRun for PC via Steam worldwide on February 19, 2025.
