Golden Joystick Awards 2024 nominates Astro Bot and Helldivers 2 for Console Game of the Year

The Golden Joystick Awards 2024 has nominated Astro Bot, Helldivers 2, Dragon’s Dogma 2, and other renowned games for Console Game of the Year. Fan-favorite titles like Animal Well and Balatro have also been recognized as PC Game of the Year nominees.

The awards show takes place on Thursday, November 21, 2024, and will be streamed live from London, UK, for all to see. This will be the 32nd time the awards will take place. As the awards are mostly based on community votes, you can have your say here. There are 19 different categories this year that fans can vote on, including Best Soundtrack and Best Audio Design, which have been introduced this year. Some of the awards and their nominees are:

Overall, Astro Bot and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth lead the pack at the Golden Joystick Awards 2024 with five nominations each, with Helldivers 2 closely behind on four.
