Opening week sales for Battlefield 6 and Little Nightmares III.
Famitsu has published its estimated physical game software data for Japan for week of October 6, 2025 to October 12, 2025.
Battlefield 6 for PlayStation 5 was the highest selling single SKU new release of the week, opening at 23,292 retail sales.
Little Nightmares III launched at 17,806 units on Switch, 7,040 units on PlayStation 5, and 6,924 units on Switch 2 for an opening week total of 31,770 retail copies sold.
On the hardware side, Switch 2 sold 46,842 units, the Switch family sold 23,149 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 14,800 units, the Xbox Series family sold 237 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 17 units.
