Nuverse has just announced their latest project, Crystal of Atlan, a magicpunk MMO action RPG that is set to release on Android, iOS, and PC. While we’re still a ways off from its release, you can get a taste of the action through the Precursor Test, which is essentially a closed beta that will run from February 18th to March 5th, in Canada, Germany, Brazil, and the United Kingdom.
Set in a magicpunk world where magic and technology exist side by side, Crystal of Atlan lets you take on the role of an adventurer exploring the ancient Atlan ruins. Along the way, you’ll uncover hidden secrets, face rival factions, and work to restore peace. Fast-paced combat with aerial combos brings a fresh twist to MMO battles, whether you prefer to fight alone or alongside others.
For those looking to team up, Crystal of Atlan offers co-op dungeons and a guild system to strengthen alliances. Multiple character classes let you tailor your approach, while combo-based mechanics allow for more customisation in combat.
Alongside the beta test, Nuverse is also launching the Light of Atlan program, where content creators can earn rewards by sharing guides, gameplay videos, and other content. If you're interested in joining, more details are available through the official Discord.
Looking for something else while you wait? Here’s a list of the best RPGs to play on Android right now!
Sign-ups for the closed beta are open on a dedicated page, but progress and data will be erased after the test ends. Those who spend money on in-game purchases during this period will receive a rebate based on their top-up percentage once Crystal of Atlan officially launches.
You can visit Crystal of Atlan’s official website for more information. Also, check out the official X and Facebook pages to stay updated on all the latest developments.
